The Scoop: I got to see this one live! After the second round on this tough course, there was a five way tie for the lead with Peanut, Annika Sorenstam, Dottie Pepper, Donna Andrews and 14 year old Seoul Sister/Bangkok Babe in training Aree Wongluekiet. But it was Peanut who emerged from that group with the best early showing. She ended up with a 2 stroke lead coming into 17, but hit the drive into the water. Eventually she got a triple bogey, but a clutch birdie putt on 18 put her into a playoff with Jeong Jang, yet another Korean player and one of Peanut's best friends on tour. Two holes later, Mi Hyun collected her third winner's check. |
