Kimmie News:
For those who love Mi Hyun Kim (and who doesn't?), I strongly suggest you check out the pictures that have recently been posted on her official fan site, www.mihyunworld.com. These are some of the best pictures of her I have ever seen, and there are tons of them. Here are some direct links. Enjoy!

Meanwhile, while Kimmie was in Arizona last week, she took some time to visit with Korean baseball stars Byung Hyun Kim and Chan Ho Park.

Meanwhile, the Futures Tour got under way last week with a victory by non-exempt LPGA player Soo-Young Moon. Moon had won the medal at the Futures Tour Q-School last year, and took little time in establishing herself as one of the players to beat this year. Also planning on playing a lot more Futures Tour events is Jimin Kang. Jimin, whom I predict will become a star on the LPGA, unfortunately missed exempt status by a single stroke at last year's Q-School, and as a result will have a hard time getting into many fields this year on the LPGA. So it seems she plans to focus on the Futures Tour in the hope of getting one of the five LPGA exempt cards given out each year (that number has been increased from three cards starting in 2003!).

In other Jimin news, she has signed a multi-year contract with CJ, her first sponsor! She joins Gloria Park and Seoul Sister superstar Se Ri Pak in the CJ fold. Congratulations, Jimin!
Hall of Fame Watch:
With Se Ri Pak's victory at the Safeway Ping, she now has 23 Hall of Fame points. She only needs 27 to qualify for the Hall. Majors are worth two points, so let's see how she does at next week's first Major, the Nabisco. If Se Ri were to win this one, she would also complete the career Grand Slam, and thus become the youngest woman in history to manage this feat. Good luck to her!
