Hootie and Hottie

Grace Park is a player that consistently disproves the questionable generalizations made about the Asian players on the LPGA. She speaks English fluently; she is personable; and most of all, she interacts profusely with her pro-am partners, as Hootie found out at the ADT Championship.

Hootie is Darius Rucker, the lead singer of the band Hootie and the Blowfish. He and his bandmates are also golf maniacs, but though they have appeared in charity tournaments from time to time, Hootie has never before participated in an LPGA pro-am. Until the ADT, where he got to play 18 with Grace Park. Afterwards, he became such a fan of Grace's that he promised to follow her career like he follows the Miami Dolphins. Looks like another satisfied customer for ol' Grace!
